After more than a year, now I’ve come back from my hibernation phase. Some would say it was a writer’s block. Some would say a simple word, lazy. Some would say, no time. Yeah, whatever it is, I think now I am back.

For the first time, I feel that I can think straight enough to decide whatever I want to write in this blog. (Yes, I do have problems in deciding what topic should I write, what genre should I choose to read/write, what time I need to be writing, what conclusion should I made for one article that I’ve wrote…and oh so many lame reasons I would give, to make the situations easier for me to quit writing). But, now, differently, I would say, this is me writing, without ever thinking of those reasons, other than I should just write NOW!

First Monday ever, me and my husband had listed our MUST meal planner just for the sake of losing our weight. Tremendously. Since we have married 3 years ago, both our weights are getting increased day by day. Believe it or not, my weight has not reached nearly 60kg since I was born. But recently it has gone over nearly 61 kg. What does it mean?

My husband? He prefers to confide his side of the story about this weight thingy. But, you could understand the overall situation even you’ve only read about mine. Right?

So, back to the meal planner. We have decided that TODAY is the day. Permit me to share our meal planner so that anybody here can share or benefitted from it. Mainly, our focus and aim are to lose 20kg in 2 weeks. No such formal Atkins diet or carbo-less military diets. Only the diet of Me and You. haha.. such a romantic I guess (whatever..)

Here it is :

Monday

Breakfast : 1 bowl of oat, 1 apple, 1 cup of green tea

Lunch : 1 boiled of egg, 1 apple

Dinner : 2 tomatoes, small green salad, 1 cup of green tea

Tuesday

Breakfast : 1 bowl of oat, 1 apple, 1 cup of green tea

Lunch : 1 boiled of egg, 1 apple

Dinner : Small bit of minced beef, small purple salad, 1 cup of green tea

Wednesday

Breakfast : 1 bowl of oat, 1 apple, 1 cup of green tea

Lunch : 1 boiled of egg, 1 apple

Dinner : Small bit of salmon, 1 orange, 1 cup of green tea

Thursday

Breakfast : 1 bowl of oat, 1 apple, 1 cup of green tea

Lunch : 1 slice of cheese, 1 tomato, 1 piece of rusk

Dinner : Small bit of minced beef, 2 tomatoes, 1 apple, 1 piece of rusk, 1 cup of green tea

Friday

Breakfast : 1 bowl of oat, 1 apple, 1 cup of green tea

Lunch : 1 boiled of egg, 1 apple

Dinner : Small bit of salmon, small green & purple salad, 1 cup of green tea

Yeah, that’s our meal we’ve planned for these coming 2 weeks. To us, it doesn’t sound regime-based at all but I don’t know about your sayings. (Appreciate your comments if possible). Am I being too over-confident? I hope not, since I am starting to tremble a bit now.

In a nutshell, I left you all with whatever we going to have for today’s lunch.
